Model-based Optimal Experimental Design
At the Chair of Technical Thermodynamics, experiments for the determination of physical property data are performed. Typically, these experiments are associated with high experimental effort.
The use of the method of model-based optimal experimental design allows for a reduction of this experimental effort through the identification of experiments with high information contents. Thereby, only few experiments have to be performed to obtain high quality physical property data.
