Laboratory on Alternative Energy Technologies

 

The laboratory is offered during the summer semester and currently includes 9 laboratories from various fields of alternative energy technologies. The organization of the laboratory is up to the E.ON ERC Energieforschungszentrum EBC, other participating departments are the Chair and Institute of Power Plant Technology, Steam and Gas Turbines and the Institute of Heat and Mass Transfer

At the Chair of Technical Thermodynamics three laboratories are offered:

• Solar cooling,
• Hydrogen as an energy storage,
• Simulation of industrial energy systems - integration of renewable energy sources.
